HeartSend is a modern SaaS platform built to strengthen internal connectivity within academic institutions and enterprises. It enables users to quickly discover peers, initiate real-time communication, and participate in institutional surveys all while ensuring robust administrative control and user privacy. By blending intuitive design with enterprise-grade infrastructure, HeartSend transforms internal engagement and collaboration at scale.

Challenges

• Privacy & Security Concerns: Users and institutions required strong safeguards for personal data, especially in communication and assessments.
